Education Planner Training

Mayhe’s Education Training Program is designed to equip aspiring education planners with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools to serve high-net-worth families and students. Developed by Harvard University PhDs and a former U.S. Department of Education official, our curriculum covers both foundational theories and real-world applications, ensuring trainees are fully prepared to provide personalized education planning services.

Our program is comprehensive, focusing on key areas that promote well-rounded development in students, guiding education planners to help families make informed decisions at every stage of the educational journey. The program is designed to enhance understanding across early education, emotional development, academic planning, talent development, career planning, and study abroad strategies.

Cognitive Developmentress

This dimension focuses on understanding how children’s cognitive abilities evolve over time. Trainees learn to identify the different stages of cognitive development and apply strategies to nurture children’s intellectual growth through tailored learning plans.

Language Development

Our training covers how language skills develop from early childhood through adolescence. Education planners will learn how to support language acquisition, literacy development, and communication skills, fostering fluency and comprehension in diverse contexts.

Social Development

We provide insights into the social development of children, focusing on how children learn to interact with others, build relationships, and navigate social environments. Our training emphasizes creating learning environments that promote empathy, teamwork, and leadership.

Emotional Development

Emotional intelligence is key to a child’s overall well-being. This section of the program equips education planners with the tools to support emotional growth, helping children manage emotions, build resilience, and develop a strong sense of self-regulation.

Academic Planning

Our academic planning module teaches education planners how to guide students through the educational system. This includes choosing the right courses, managing study habits, preparing for exams, and navigating the academic trajectory toward college admissions.

Career and Talent Development

This component provides strategies for identifying and nurturing a child’s innate talents, helping planners support students in pursuing careers that align with their passions and strengths. We focus on career exploration, development pathways, and mentorship to guide students toward professional success.

Study Abroad and Global Competence

For families considering international education opportunities, our program offers expertise in study abroad planning. This includes choosing the right programs, preparing for international exams, cultural adaptation, and developing a global mindset to help students thrive in a globalized world.

Early Childhood Planning

This dimension emphasizes the importance of early education during the formative years of a child’s life (ages 0-6). Education planners will learn how to nurture foundational skills in language, motor development, cognitive abilities, and emotional regulation. We focus on key early childhood frameworks like the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) to guide planners in creating a strong educational foundation for young learners.
